Love Dive is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an intense bouquet of tropical and stone fruits. The specialized hop blend featuring Cryo Pop and Azacca delivers massive waves of ripe mango, pineapple, and tangerine. Cryo Ekuanot adds complex layers of lime and papaya, while Cryo Idaho 7 provides a subtle zesty pine and stone fruit depth. This beer presents a signature soft, velvety mouthfeel and a characteristic opaque appearance. The focus is entirely on the "juicy" hop expression, supported by a neutral, grainy malt backbone. Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous quality. Large, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and papaya. Citrus zest including lime and tangerine is prominent, alongside sweet stone fruit. Background malt is neutral, lightly bready and grainy. No caramel or toast. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma; pineapple, mango, and citrus dominate. Malt flavor is low, providing a clean, bready base. Bitterness is medium-low but perceived as soft and smooth. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a juicy fruit aftertaste, devoid of any harsh hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or harshness. Subtle alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
