Brewed as a kettle sour, it presents an intense, tropical bouquet led by the tart punch of lime and the aromatic sweetness of guava and passion fruit. While the classic wheat base provides a soft, doughy foundation, the sharp lactic acidity mimics the zest of a Caipirinha.
