Gorgos Fanalic is a bold and aromatically intense American IPA that captures the quintessential balance of aggressive hopping and clean fermentation. Pouring a clear golden-amber, it leads with high-intensity aromas of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and subtle floral notes. The 6.5% ABV integrates smoothly, providing a light warmth that supports a medium-bodied frame. On the palate, a firm bitterness is immediate, layered with flavors of orange peel and a low, grainy malt sweetness. Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (approx. 9 SRM); clear with a medium-sized, off-white head that shows good persistence and lacing.
