BAS is an expressive Hopfenweisse that elevates the traditional Weissbier framework with a robust 7.3% ABV and an amplified hop profile. The sensory experience is anchored by a vibrant interplay of classic banana esters and spicy clove phenols, characteristic of specialized Weizen yeast. This foundation is enriched by a significant addition of hops, lending fresh citrus and floral notes that cut through the creamy, bready textures of the malted wheat.
