This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer captures the essence of a summer orchard, utilizing a foundation of Pilsner, Pale, and Wheat malts to provide a soft, bready canvas. The star is the juicy peach addition, which harmonizes with the clean, tangy lactic acidity produced by Philly Sour yeast. El Dorado hops further elevate the sensory experience, contributing distinct tropical layers of pineapple and mango that sharpen the stone fruit profile. Appearance. Luminous pale gold with a soft peach-colored tint (4-6 SRM). Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing; characteristic slight haze from wheat proteins and fruit solids.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh sliced peaches and nectarines. Complimented by distinctive El Dorado hop notes of pineapple and tropical fruit candy. A clean, sharp lactic tang is present, supported by a faint cracker-like malt background and no detectable acetic character.
