Waves is a luminous Hazy IPA that exemplifies a lush, tropical profile with a modern hop focus. The inclusion of Vic Secret hops introduces sophisticated notes of white grape and Chardonnay-like fruitiness, while Mosaic hops provide a vibrant counterpoint of ripe mango, citrus, and a clean breath of resinous pine. The experience is rich and textured, offering a soft, pillowy palate that emphasizes depth of hop flavor over sharp bitterness. A subtle, bready malt foundation supports the intense fruit character, resulting in a juicy, well-balanced beer that remains incredibly smooth through the finish.
Appearance. Color is a pale, glowing gold with an opaque, uniform haze that provides a characteristic shine. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
