GOAL. Brewing Salzburg Red

Our West Coast IPA that won Silver at the highly competitive The Bistro’s 25th Annual IPA Competition. Breweries from all over the state brew beers to specifically compete in the oldest IPA competition that’s held in Hayward, CA. It was a huge honor to medal in this competition and I’m looking forward to hearing what people think of it themselves.

Salzburg Red is a West Coast IPA with Mosaic Cryo and Centennial. The beer showcases Centennial that is grown by Crosby Hops, who, in my opinion, grow the best Centennial on the market.

I make sure every year to grab at least a box from this specific farm for a West Coast IPA. It’s piney, dank, fruity, dry, and just enough body to keep the flavors on your palate until the next sip.
