Cervezas Enigma utiliza un exclusivo sistema de elaboración, que preserva las cualidades de las materias primas para que pasen íntegras a la cerveza, lo que la convierte en una fuente natural de vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes. Además, son bajas en calorías, sanas, nutritivas y con aportes beneficiosos para la salud, siempre que se tomen con moderación.
La alta calidad de las materias primas utilizadas y el mimo y cuidado puesto a lo largo de todo el proceso de elaboración, hace que las cervezas de Enigma se distingan por sus agradables sabores y delicados aromas.
Para garantizar la calidad, naturalidad y salubridad de estas cervezas, se ha implantado un estricto sistema de control de calidad, además de un sistema de autocontrol, basado en los principios del Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Crítico (APPCC), con el que además se garantiza el cumplimiento de la legislación internacional en materia alimentaria.
La microcervecería es de diseño propio y construcción totalmente española, basada en los procesos y técnicas de elaboración de cerveza más innovadores desarrollados en Estados Unidos, donde el movimiento de las craft beers y de las microbreweries viene desarrollándose desde los años 70, contando con una gran implantación en la actualidad. A todo ello se une la formación y experiencia laboral del equipo que conforma Enigma, que ha sido desarrollada en el ámbito de la química natural y en el de la ingeniería industrial, desempeñada durante más de una década en el mundo de la fermentación y destilación de bebidas alcohólicas.
