Toda la maquinaria está construida con los más modernos materiales de la industria alimentaria. El diseño de la sala de cocción nos permite tener una gran flexibilidad a la hora de elaborar cervezas de prácticamente todos los estilos. En nuestro afán de ser respetuosos con el medio ambiente estamos adheridos al plan nacional de tratamiento de residuos y tenemos implantado sistemas de reutilización del agua y la energía.
Cerveza Artesana
Una cerveza artesanal se distingue principalmente, por utilizar solamente ingredientes naturales, sin aditivos, antioxidantes o estabilizantes. La obtención del mosto se consigue a través de la infusión en agua caliente, de los diferentes tipos de malta en un proceso lento, que nos garantiza la completa extracción de los azucares.
El lúpulo, añadido en la cocción, aporta a la cerveza su característico toque amargo. Pero, jugando con las diferentes variedades, podemos conseguir además aportes de aroma y sabor. La cerveza artesana se presenta sin pasteurizar. Para conseguir perfilar las cualidades organolépticas deseadas y obtener una buena clarificación, contaremos con dos grandes aliados, el tiempo y el frío.
La carbonatación se produce de forma natural, a través de un nuevo proceso de fermentación dentro de la botella.
