Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry. Low levels of grainy-malt flavor and light crackery notes are complemented by the earthy, citrusy character of tequila. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough balance against the faint malt sweetness. The finish is clean and well-attenuated with a short, neutral aftertaste featuring a lingering tequila-lime essence.
