This modern take on a German Pils delivers a vibrant sensory experience by layering contemporary New Zealand hops over a classic lager structure. Motueka and Wai-iti hops drive a bright, citrus-forward profile featuring zesty lime and lemon peel, accented by subtle needles of pine. Beneath the hop intensity lies a clean, bready, and biscuit-like malt backbone that provides necessary balance without sweetness. Brilliant and pale gold, it finishes exceptionally crisp and dry. The marriage of traditional lager fermentation and expressive New World aromatics makes for a refreshing, highly drinkable pint that balances firm bitterness with high-impact fruit character.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2-4); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring zesty lime, citrus lemon, and light pine. Low to medium malt character of doughy bread and toasted biscuit. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression of light, bready malt is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and flavors of lime zest and lemon.
