Taste. Initial impression is of soft, bready wheat and light Pilsner graininess. Flavors of banana and clove are well-integrated and moderate in strength. Bitterness is very low, allowing the malt and yeast to lead. Despite being alcohol-free, the finish is relatively dry and crisp rather than syrupy, with a clean aftertaste of spicy yeast.
