Naturally cloudy thanks to bottle conditioning the pale orange body is capped by a fine white head, that releases big toasted caramel aromas and a back-note of baked apple and cinnamon that evokes homemade apple pie. The rounded, well-balanced body is full of rich caramel notes and an oaky brandy character to warm the palate nicely.
