This American Amber Ale presents a compelling balance of toasted specialty malts and vibrant New World hops, grounded by the clean mineral profile of Lungerer Bergwasser mountain water. The sensory experience begins with a rich copper-red hue and an inviting aroma where citrusy and resinous hop notes dance over a backbone of sweet caramel and toasted grain. On the palate, an initial wave of bready sweetness and toffee is quickly countered by a firm, resinous bitterness that ensures a crisp, refreshing finish. Appearance. 10 to 17 SRM. Deep copper to reddish-amber in color with brilliant clarity. Features a moderately large, off-white head with good retention and persistent lacing.
