This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey led by an intense, juicy character. The aroma is dominated by a lush tropical bouquet, where Mosaic imparts distinct notes of ripe blueberry and mango, while Idaho 7 contributes layers of sweet apricot and zesty orange marmalade. Underlying these fruits, Simcoe provides a refined hint of earthy pine and bright passionfruit. The palate mirrors the nose with a soft, pillowy texture and a gentle, low bitterness that highlights the hop-forward profile. A neutral malt base allows the hop-derived stone fruit and citrus to shine, finishing with a smooth, off-dry, and lingering fruity essence.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (5-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Massive, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
