This collaborative White Stout presents a striking sensory paradox, delivering the robust roasted profile of an American Stout within a surprisingly pale frame. The aromatic profile is dominated by the intense, berry-noted roast of Ethiopia Sidamo Guji coffee, intricately layered with rich cocoa and a smoothing veil of vanilla. On the palate, the cocoa and coffee provide a convincing roasted depth and bittersweet chocolate foundation, while Mulato chilies introduce a subtle, spicy "spark" that complements the moderate bitterness.
