On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness leads, supported by toasted malt layers and a faint, floral sweetness from the honey that quickly transitions into a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Pale amber to medium copper (10-14 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a low to moderate off-white head with fair retention and light lacing.
