Schnuckiputz is a vibrant, low-ABV Gose that highlights Garage Project’s mixed house culture. This refreshing session sour opens with an aromatic burst of pink pomelo and grapefruit, seamlessly integrated with the citrusy spice of coriander seed. The sensory profile is defined by a bright, lactic acidity that dances across the palate, balanced by a subtle, mouthwatering touch of salt. Pilsner and wheat malts provide a soft, doughy foundation without weighing down the ultra-light body. Effervescent and bone-dry, it finishes with a crisp, tangy zest, making it an exceptional thirst quencher that honors tradition while embracing modern citrus infusions.

Appearance. Pale yellow to straw (2-3 SRM). Unfiltered with a moderate haze. Features a tall, white, effervescent head with tight bubbles and fair retention, leaving light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by sharp citrus notes of grapefruit and pink pomelo, complemented by the lemony, herbal spice of coriander seed. A clean, lactic sourness is present, backed by a very low bready wheat malt scent. No hop aroma.

Taste. Immediate bright, lactic tartness followed by zesty grapefruit and pomelo flavors. The coriander seed adds a layer of citrusy spice. A light salinity enhances the fruit and malt flavors rather than tasting overtly salty. Malt is low, offering a subtle doughy wheat character. Bitterness is virtually non-existent. Finish is crisp, dry, and acidic.

Mouthfeel. Light body. High to very high carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation. The salt provides a slight tingly, mouthwatering roundness. No alcohol warmth.
