Retro-a-go-go is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that captures the essence of a retro fruit cocktail. This vivid magenta pour erupts with the heady, tropical aroma of ripe mango and the subtle, exotic sweetness of dragon fruit. On the palate, a bold sweet and sour interplay takes center stage, where the succulent, resinous notes of mango are sharpened by a bright, lactic acidity. The dragon fruit provides an earthy, melon-like undertone that rounds out the intense fruit profile. It is a playful, high-energy sour that balances lush fruit density with a clean, puckering finish and a groovy tropical character.

Appearance. Striking, opaque magenta to deep pink color from the dragon fruit; topped with a frothy, light-pink head that exhibits moderate to low retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe, fleshy mango dominate, layered with the subtle, floral, and kiwi-like scent of dragon fruit. A clean, lactic tartness provides a bright, acidic backdrop with no hop aroma or malt presence.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical mango nectar followed by a sharp, refreshing lactic sourness. The dragon fruit adds a mild, pear-like sweetness that balances the acidity. It finishes with a lingering, sweet-and-sour fruit punch character that is lush, fruity, and mouth-watering with no detectable hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a slight pulp-like creaminess and viscosity from the heavy fruit addition. Moderate carbonation provides a lively tingle on the tongue. Very low alcohol warmth and no astringency.
