Garage Project Ponderosa Pale

Ponderosa Pale takes the classic American pale ale template and adds a twist of pine-forward character for a West Coast-inspired edge. Brewed with Oregon-grown Chinook, Cascade, Citra and Strata hops and finished with a shot of pine terpene, it opens with bright white grapefruit citrus, dank pineapple and sun-warmed old-growth resin. Beneath the hop profile lies a malty backbone of chewy caramel biscuit that provides balance and richness. The result is layered, bold and evocative of sunlit forests and resinous trails.
