Appearance. Pale gold (3-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. A frothy, bright white head forms with moderate persistence, leaving light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Low to medium-low intensity. Clean grainy-malty sweetness with hints of white bread and water cracker. Very low herbal and floral hop notes. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no detectable esters or diacetyl.
