Garage Project - Fresh IPA - June '25 NEIPA Price: $13.95 Light lager, chit, & malted wheat, with delicious crystal golden naked oats bringing a rose gold blush, and sweet, sweet caramel notes. Seriously, you could eat this stuff by the handful. 100% Kiwi hop pellets fresh from the ‘25 season, with our pick of the harvest Freestyle Motueka in the kettle laying down a juicy stone fruit base, then a cold dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine, Nectaron. Yeah, we’re a little late to the party with Nectaron, but we got our hands on some through the folks at Waimea West farm this year, and it does not disappoint. Crack the can and you’re teleported straight to your local market, fruit basket in hand, filled to the brim with the ripest of tropical gems. Passionfruit, mango, guava, white grape, rambutan, starfruit & a touch of lime. And oh does the palate live up to that first aroma hit, delivering a massive wave of juicy tropical fruits balanced with resinous hops, and a fleeting hint of vanilla and milk bottle lollies. It’s a winter-welcome tropical island getaway. Cool fact, we actually brewed a collaboration beer using Nectaron with NZ Plant & Food, way back when in the early 2010s when it was still a trial variety.
