This American IPA offers a vibrant sensory collision, leading with intense aromas of tropical mango and zesty lime, underpinned by the punchy citrus and resinous depth of Citra, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin hops. The palate is defined by a bold, bright bitterness that harmonizes with the exotic fruit additions. A distinct, creeping heat from habanero chillies adds a sophisticated capsicum spice that lingers alongside a crisp, dry finish. The 7.5% ABV provides a smooth, supporting warmth that integrates perfectly with the spicy prickle, creating a complex, multifaceted experience that pushes the boundaries of the traditional style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber with a slight haze from fruit additions; topped by a persistent, medium-sized, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of tropical mango, lime zest, and grapefruit, supported by resinous pine and floral undertones. A light, peppery capsicum aroma from the habanero chillies is evident, balanced by a clean, low grainy malt sweetness.

Taste. Vibrant tropical fruit flavors of mango and lime dominate the entry, quickly followed by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. The mid-palate reveals citrus and stone fruit notes from Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The finish is medium-dry with a notable, clean habanero heat that prickles the throat without being overwhelming, leaving a lingering hoppy and spicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, accentuating the spicy habanero tingle. A gentle alcohol warmth from the 7.5% ABV is well-integrated with the chili heat.
