Cosmic Balance is a vibrant sensory collision, merging the lush textures of a Hazy Double IPA with the bright, lactic snap of foeder-aged wild ale. The aromatic profile is led by an intense trifecta of Motueka, Citra, and Talus hops, delivering a kaleidoscopic burst of lime zest, tropical passionfruit, and subtle dried roses. On the palate, a cleansing juicy fruit tartness balances a soft, wheaty malt backbone, creating a sophisticated sweet-and-sour interplay. This New Zealand creation offers a refreshing yet substantial experience, where the wood-aged complexity of the foeder component grounds the modern, high-impact hop oils for a harmonious finish.

Appearance. Luminous pale gold (4-6 SRM). Significant, persistent haze with a large, dense white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Sharp lactic sourness is immediately apparent, intertwined with pungent hop notes of lemon-lime, crushed grapefruit, and tropical stone fruit. Clean fermentation without funk, featuring a light biscuity malt and a hint of floral sage from the Talus hops.

Taste. Initial impression is a vibrant, clean lactic acidity followed by a wash of juicy tropical fruit. Malt flavors are reminiscent of fresh bread and wheat. Hop flavors of lime and citrus are prominent. The finish is crisp and off-dry, with a lingering tartness and very low perceived hop bitterness despite the IPA influence.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle effervescence. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, complementing the acidic bite without being harsh or hot.
