Triangles is a vibrant Hazy IPA that punches well above its sessionable strength. The aroma is dominated by a tropical explosion of ripe pineapple and succulent mango, driven by a generous combination of Mosaic and BRU-1 hops used in both the kettle and dry-hop. A base of Golden Promise malt provides a clean, light bready foundation, while substantial additions of wheat and oats create a soft, pillowy texture. As the palate develops, Mosaic contributes subtle resinous and herbal notes that ground the initial fruitiness. Despite its lower alcohol, the addition of maltodextrin imparts a satisfyingly chewable mouthfeel, making this a remarkably flavorful and balanced modern ale.
