Sant Adrià 66 es una DIPA que presenta algunas de las variedades de lúpulo más atrevidas del mercado y no fue hasta que nos trasladamos a nuestra fábrica de producción en este emplazamiento cuando sentimos que nuestra DIPA realmente despegaba. Esta es pálida, lechosa y espesa. Enormes cantidades de copos de avena y trigo proporcionan la estructura esponjosa y suave sobre la que colocamos Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra T90 y Cryo. El resultado es un bello ejemplo en el que las notas húmedas, florales y resinosas se armonizan con notas frutales más dulces como el melocotón y la guayaba. Un verdadero ejemplo de cómo han evolucionado las DIPA jugosas en los últimos 8 años.

It’s hard to believe Garage Beer Co turns 8 this year. It’s been quite a journey and to mark this milestone we have brewed four beers named after the address of each of our four locations. each beer carrying significance for that location. Sant Adria 66 is a DIPA that features some of the boldest hop varieties on the market and it wasn’t until we moved to our production brewery at this site that we felt our DIPA game really took off. This one is pale, milky and thick as! Huge amounts of flaked oats and wheat provide the fluffy, soft structure atop which we layed on Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra T90 and Cryo. The result is a beautiful example of where dank, floral and resin are harmonized with sweeter fruit notes like peach and guava.
