Posidonia reimagines the Berliner Weisse as a robust, fruit-forward experience, amplified by a 7% ABV and the innovative Philly Sour yeast strain. This unique yeast imparts a softer, more integrated lactic acidity compared to traditional kettle-souring, allowing the 100% blueberry addition to shine with a vivid, smoothie-like character. While the wheat base provides a supportive, doughy foundation, the result is a lush and full-bodied profile. The blueberries offer a deep, jammy intensity that bridges the gap between refreshing tartness and decadent fruit density, finishing with a clean, lingering berry essence and a sophisticated, well-integrated alcoholic warmth.

Appearance. Deep purple to reddish-violet in color (SRM 20+); opaque with a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Pours with a dense, pink-tinted head that shows moderate retention and leaves light staining on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of ripe, jammy blueberries dominates the profile. A clean, sharp lactic sourness is present, complemented by light notes of red berries and stone fruits derived from the Philly Sour fermentation. Subtle bready wheat and raw dough notes provide a soft foundation, while hop aroma is entirely absent.

Taste. A lush, clean lactic sourness immediately hits the palate, balanced by a massive fruit presence of tart blueberry skins and sweet berry flesh. A doughy, grainy wheat flavor is noticeable mid-palate, providing structure to the fruit. Hop bitterness is undetectable, as the acidity and fruit tannin provide the balance. The finish is dry but feels substantial, with a lingering, jammy blueberry aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a thick, creamy, and lush texture reminiscent of a fruit smoothie. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a crispness that cuts through the fruit density. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, though it remains smooth rather than harsh.

Ideada para promover la recuperación de las praderas de algas posidonia en el Mediterráneo. Elaborada con una base de malta suave, ligera y cremosa gracias a la aportación de copos de avena y trigo. Esta cerveza artesanal tiene un cuerpo gustoso, brumoso, de un brillante color rojizo. Se remata con una corona de espuma rosácea, compacta y persistente. Garage Beer Co comenzó como un Brewpub en Barcelona en el año 2015 en el barrio del Eixample. En 2017 abrieron su fábrica principal en Sant Andreu, donde producen la mayoría de sus cervezas, mientras que el brewpub funciona como una fábrica de Brett. Su máxima es la exploración de los límites gustativos y ofrecer la mayor frescura en sus cervezas.

Las creaciones de Garage Beer Co exploran los estilos más intensos y frutales, algunos de ellos son la IPA, Session IPA, Doble IPA, Triple IPA, Sour, Porter, Lager, o Stout. Sus cervezas no dejan indiferente, están repletas de aromas y sabores.
