Cashmere hops further amplify the profile, creating a tropical bonanza of flavor. Built upon a grain bill similar to their flagship Soup, the beer offers a soft, bready malt foundation that perfectly balances the moderate hop bitterness. It concludes with a smooth, lush finish that emphasizes fruit-forward saturation and a supple mouthfeel without any hop harshness.
Appearance. SRM 4-6; deep straw to golden-orange with a persistent, opaque haze. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring pungent mango, passion fruit, and citrus notes. A subtle sweaty, dank resinous quality adds complexity, supported by a clean, neutral, lightly bready malt presence in the background.
