Subtle tropical hints of guava emerge against a lean, crisp backdrop. The addition of dextrose and the use of a clean Californian ale yeast ensure a bone-dry finish that allows the aggressive bitterness to remain focused and sharp, providing a modern, amplified take on old-school hop character.
Appearance. Gold to light orange in color with brilliant clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by prominent grapefruit, caramelized orange, and resinous pine. Nuanced notes of tropical guava and dank, marijuana-like aromatics are supported by a neutral, grainy malt background and clean fermentation profile.
