Brazen is a lush Double IPA that prioritizes a soft, pillowy texture through the addition of oatmeal. This expression centers on a vibrant hop quartet: Cashmere and El Dorado provide deep notes of ripe peach and whimsical gummy bear sweetness, accented by a bright lime finish. Citra adds a punchy grapefruit character, while a specific lot of Chinook contributes layers of fresh pineapple. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the bitterness remains restrained, allowing the tropical and stone fruit profile to shine against a neutral malt backdrop. It is an incredibly smooth, summer-leaning ale that balances high hop intensity with an effortless, velvety drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (SRM 6-8). Opaque with a persistent, thick white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a complex blend of peach, lime, and grapefruit. Pronounced tropical notes of pineapple and a candy-like gummy bear sweetness are evident. Malt is neutral and grainy, supporting the hop profile without competition.

Taste. Intensely fruity with layers of stone fruit and citrus. Initial notes of peach and pineapple lead to a zesty grapefruit and lime finish.
