This vibrant Double IPA showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Palisade, Cascade, and Mosaic, resulting in a saturated profile of tropical fruit and classic citrus. The use of Vermont Ale yeast is pivotal, lending soft stone-fruit esters that amplify the Mosaic-driven notes of mango and berry while providing a smooth, slightly hazy texture. A lean, neutral malt base ensures the focus remains entirely on the hop character, allowing the firm bitterness to present cleanly without being weighed down by caramel sweetness. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, with a lingering resinous quality and a refined alcohol warmth that underscores its strength.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (6-8 SRM). Features a moderate, persistent white head with excellent lacing. Shows a slight, modern haze rather than brilliant clarity, characteristic of the yeast strain.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring Mosaic's tropical fruit and blueberry, Cascade's grapefruit zest, and a subtle floral-earthy spice from Palisade hops. Low, neutral maltiness suggests cracked grain. Fermentation displays light peach and apricot esters from the Vermont Ale yeast.

Taste. Bold initial hop impact of orange peel, mango, and resin. The bitterness is moderately high and firm but smooth, lacking any harshness.
