Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (SRM 7–10). Topped with a moderate, persistent off-white head that leaves sticky lacing. Modern clarity ranges from clear to a slight haze.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical stone fruit and mixed berries from Mosaic, alongside the floral citrus of Palisade. A heavy base layer of resinous, dank pine from Columbus provides a pungent counterpoint. Malt is a neutral, grainy background note.
Taste. Initial hop impact is citrus and peach, followed by a mid-palate of mango and dark berries. Columbus provides a lingering, dank bitterness. Malt flavor is low, providing just enough soft, cracker-like support. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a firm, non-harsh bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation creates a lively feel. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no astringency.
