This Double India Pale Ale presents a saturated profile of candied pineapple, ripe mango, and zesty grapefruit, anchored by a subtle undercurrent of resinous pine. The use of Citra brings sharp citrus clarity, while El Dorado contributes stone fruit sweetness, and Simcoe adds a complex earthy depth. Despite its strength, the malt remains supportive and clean, allowing the hop-derived fruitiness to dominate. A soft, creamy texture rounds out the palate, making this a bold yet approachable expression of modern hop-forward brewing.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM) with a thick, persistent white head and significant haze that creates an opaque, juice-like presentation typical of the style.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple, combined with bright citrus zest and a background of resinous pine. A neutral, grainy-sweet malt character supports the hops without competing. Fermentation is clean with a very light fruity ester presence.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity mirroring the aroma with layers of grapefruit, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking any harsh or grassy edges.
