Never Meet Your Heros is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases an intense tropical and citrus profile. The addition of Citra provides a foundation of grapefruit and lime zest, while Enigma introduces complex layers of red currant and melon. This collaboration is further elevated by HBC586, which delivers saturated aromas of mango, guava, and lychee. The experience is defined by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a luminous, opaque appearance. A gentle, restrained bitterness ensures the focus remains on the 'juicy' hop expression, supported by a neutral, bready malt backbone that carries the fruit-forward character into a smooth, clean finish.

Appearance. 3-6 SRM. Color is straw to deep gold with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a medium-large, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, lychee, and passion fruit from HBC586 and Citra, alongside subtle red berry notes from Enigma. Low, clean, bready malt character in the background. Neutral fermentation profile with no clashing esters or alcohol harshness.

Taste. High to very high tropical fruit flavors, specifically mango, lime, and melon. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low grainy-bready malt flavor provides a supportive base. The finish is off-dry to medium, lingering with sweet citrus and tropical fruit notes without any harsh hop burn.
