This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant southern hemisphere hop profile through a meticulous blend of Eclipse, Ella, Enigma, and Galaxy. On the nose, intense bursts of mandarin orange and passion fruit collide with subtle floral spice and a hint of red currant. The palate follows suit, offering a lush, tropical fruit salad experience balanced by a soft, bready malt backbone and a creamy, pillowy mouthfeel typical of the style. Appearance. 3–6 SRM; straw to pale orange with an opaque, luminous haze and a brilliant white, rocky, meringue-like head with excellent retention.
