This decadent Wild Specialty Beer presents an explosive sensory experience, driven by an immense volume of dark berries and luxurious Bourbon Madagascar vanilla. The nose is a dense bouquet of jammy forest fruits, softened by the sweet, pillowy aroma of marshmallow and the floral, creamy depth of the vanilla beans. On the palate, a thick, smoothie-like viscosity mimics a Lassi, balancing the sharp lactic tang of a Gose with a rich, confectionery sweetness. The dark fruit character is deep and saturated, providing a tart counterpoint to the opulent vanilla-marshmallow finish, creating a complex, dessert-like profile with lingering fruit skins and creamy sweetness.

Appearance. SRM 40+ (Deep purple to opaque midnight ruby). The head is a dense, thick, mauve-tinted foam with moderate to poor retention, leaving slight staining on the glass. The appearance is completely opaque and pulpy, resembling a fruit purée.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of concentrated dark berry preserves and jammy forest fruits. A prominent, rich layer of Bourbon Madagascar vanilla provides a creamy, floral sweetness, intertwined with sugary marshmallow notes. A sharp, clean lactic sourness provides a bright edge, while any malt or hop character is entirely submerged by the massive fruit and adjunct additions.

Taste. An immediate, saturated impact of tart dark berries dominates the entry. The mid-palate is smoothed by a velvety marshmallow sweetness and the complex, woody spice of organic vanilla. A firm lactic acidity and a subtle trace of saltiness typical of a Gose base prevent the finish from being cloying. The finish is long and fruit-forward, leaving a coating of creamy vanilla and berry skin tannins. Bitterness is non-existent.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and highly viscous with a thick, smoothie-like texture. Carbonation is moderate to low, providing just enough lift to the dense fruit pulp. A gentle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency, but a significant creamy mouth-coating effect from the marshmallow and vanilla.
