This Dry-hopped Saison artfully bridges the gap between a traditional rustic farmhouse ale and a modern IPA. It presents a glowing pale gold hue beneath a persistent, rocky ivory head. On the nose, vibrant aromas of grapefruit and exotic lychee from the dry-hopping process intermingle with the classic spicy, black pepper phenols of the yeast. The palate is defined by high attenuation and a crisp, refreshing profile, where zesty citrus and tropical fruit notes balance a firm hop bitterness and grainy malt backbone. It finishes exceptionally dry, yet maintains a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel that softens the effervescent carbonation.
Appearance. Pale gold to light orange; hazy and unfiltered appearance with a dense, long-lasting, rocky white head and excellent Belgian lacing.
