Intense additions of blackcurrant and redcurrant provide a deep, jewel-toned profile, complemented by the lush, tannic structure of red grape. On the nose, a sharp lactic acidity intertwines with an explosion of dark berry brightness and a subtle, doughy wheat backbone. The palate is defined by a bracing, clean sourness and a dense concentration of tart fruit flavors, finishing bone-dry and effervescent. With its elevated strength and massive fruit load, it presents a refreshing yet complex interpretation of the style that emphasizes its berry-heavy, acidic core.

Appearance. Deep ruby to magenta with a vibrant pink-tinted head; clarity is slightly hazy due to the massive fruit load. Carbonation is high with large, effervescent bubbles, though head retention is moderate to low.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by a sharp, clean lactic sourness and a massive bouquet of blackcurrant and redcurrant. Red grape notes provide a vinous depth. Subtle bready wheat and raw dough notes are present in the background; no detectable hop aroma.
