Utilizing a specialized yeast and precision dry-hopping, it delivers a punchy aromatic profile of citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. The infusion of Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops ensures a familiar hop-forward intensity, while specific recipe tweaks provide a surprising depth of body and structure often missing in low-alcohol styles. This bright, gold-hued ale balances a clean, grainy malt backbone with a firm, refreshing bitterness, finishing crisp and dry with a lingering hop character that defies its 0.5% ABV status, offering a full-flavored experience without the alcohol.
Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
