This Coffee Porter celebrates the intersection of English tradition and Gran Canarian terroir. Infused with freshly pulled Lupita espresso—a soft-roasted Arabica coffee from Agüimes—the sensory profile is led by fragrant, earthy beans and dark cocoa. The English Porter base provides a robust backbone of chocolate and caramel malts, complementing the natural acidity of the artisan coffee. At 6.5% ABV, it presents a complex interplay of roasted bitterness and subtle berry-like sweetness from the Arabica beans. It is a harmonious, dark ale where the torrefied malt character and espresso merge into a smooth, rhythmic finish.

Appearance. Very dark brown to nearly black in color; opaque. Topped with a persistent, creamy tan head that leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh-roasted espresso coffee and dark cocoa. Supporting malt notes of toasted crust and caramel are present, with very low earthy hop aroma and a subtle hint of dark fruit esters.

Taste. Initial impression is dominated by rich coffee and unsweetened chocolate. A deep roasted malt flavor follows, providing notes of burnt grain and toffee. Bitterness is moderate and well-balanced between the hop additions and the roasted coffee. The finish is dry and lingering with a clean, roasted aftertaste.
