Galotia Manifest is a vibrant, sessionable Belgian Single that bridges the gap between a classic monastic table beer and a modern hoppy pale ale. At a sessionable 3.7% ABV, it presents a delicate yet expressive sensory profile. Expect an aromatic bouquet of spicy Belgian yeast esters, reminiscent of white pepper and clove, intertwined with floral and citrusy hop notes. The palate is defined by a soft, crackery malt base that yields quickly to a firm, crisp bitterness and a bone-dry finish.
