Gallaecia Suave is a refreshing Czech Premium Pale Lager that captures the essence of the Galicia interior. It presents an intense golden, brilliant appearance topped with a light, fine-pored white head. The sensory profile is led by a moderate aroma of spicy and floral Czech hops, evoking dew-covered spring meadows, supported by a clean, bready malt backbone. On the palate, a soft hop entry evolves into a well-balanced fullness where rich malt meets a rounded, gentle bitterness. The finish is remarkably fresh and simple, featuring a light touch of astringency that invites another sip, while its low carbonation ensures high drinkability.
