Taste. Initial impression is very clean and crisp. A soft, grainy malt sweetness from the Pilsen malt transitions into a dry finish. Hop flavor is low, showing a hint of lemon zest and herbal spice from the Citra and Galena hops. Bitterness is low, providing just enough balance against the malt.
