Appearance. Golden amber (SRM 6-9). Large, thick, moussy, and long-lasting off-white head with excellent lacing. Naturally hazy with a soft, glowing turbidity.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent banana esters and spicy clove phenols are well-balanced against a bready, toasty wheat malt character. Subtle floral and spicy hop notes from Perle leaf hops provide a secondary aromatic layer. No bubblegum, smoke, or sourness.
