The soul of this golden lager lies in its 100% imported German malt, which provides a rich, doughy, and lightly toasty backbone reminiscent of traditional Munich festival biers. A classic quartet of hops—Perle, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker, and Tettnang—grace the profile with delicate layers of floral and spicy notes. Clean and impeccably balanced, this Festbier offers a smooth, creamy texture and a crisp finish that prioritizes drinkability while showcasing authentic European ingredients and an elegant malt complexity.
Appearance. Deep yellow to deep gold (approximately 4-6 SRM) with brilliant, bright clarity. Features a persistent, dense white foam head with good retention.
Aroma. Moderate malty richness with prominent toasty-doughy aromatics and an impression of sweetness. Low to medium-low spicy and floral hop character from Perle, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker, and Tettnang. Clean lager fermentation profile without esters or phenols.
