This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a double dry-hopping of Nelson and Nectaron hops. The aromatic profile is dominated by Nelson's signature white grape and crushed gooseberry notes, intertwined with the vibrant passionfruit and ripe peach character of Nectaron. On the palate, a soft malt base allows these New World hops to shine, presenting layers of tropical fruit, zesty citrus, and succulent stonefruit. Despite its hazy appearance and smooth texture, the finish remains crisp with a firm, integrated bitterness. The 8% ABV provides a gentle, supporting warmth that rounds out this complex, hop-forward ale.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6–8 SRM). Characteristically hazy with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Punchy aromas of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and gooseberry from the Nelson hops, coupled with intense tropical notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and stonefruit from Nectaron. Background malt is neutral and grainy with a light, clean alcohol note.

Taste. Leading with vibrant tropical fruit and citrus flavors. Mid-palate reveals stonefruit and white wine grape complexity. Bitterness is firm but smooth, avoiding harshness. The malt provides a clean, soft supportive role. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. A well-integrated, restrained alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
