This Double IPA presents an intense, modern sensory profile driven by a massive double dry-hop addition of Citra, Peacharine, Krush, and Motueka. The aroma is a saturated blend of sun-ripened mango, sweet citrus, and lush tropical fruit, reflecting the synergy of New Zealand and American hop varieties. On the palate, the hop intensity is high, delivering waves of stone fruit and passionfruit against a soft, supportive malt backdrop. At 8.4% ABV, the beer carries a smooth, integrated warmth that enhances the juicy character without heavy residual sweetness. The finish is clean and firm, defined by a lingering, resinous citrus bitterness typical of this bold style.

Appearance. Opaque, pale orange-gold (7-9 SRM) with a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent mango and peach from Peacharine and Krush, bolstered by the lime and tropical notes of Motueka. Citra provides a sharp grapefruit and orange zest backbone. Low, bready, neutral malt support; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors dominate the palate. Initial impressions of intense mango and nectarine are followed by a lime-citrus edge. Hop bitterness is firm and moderately high but remains smooth. Malt character is low and grainy, providing neutral support. Finishes medium-dry with a persistent, clean hop-driven aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth; lacks any harsh hop-derived astringency.
