Future Brewing’s Linen Feels is a vibrant Hazy IPA that emphasizes a pillowy texture and deep hop saturation. A double dry-hopping regimen featuring Citra, Motueka, and Nelson hops drives a saturated profile of sweet citrus and sticky tropical fruit. The sensory experience opens with intense aromas of crushed lime and passion fruit, transitioning into a lush palate where mango and white grape notes dominate. Despite the fruit-heavy intensity, a soft, restrained bitterness ensures a smooth finish. This expression focuses on hop-derived juiciness and a supple grain bill, delivering a bright yet rounded interpretation of the Hazy IPA style.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring ripe mango, lime zest, and crushed gooseberry. Low bready, grainy malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters that complement the tropical hop character. No caramel or toast notes present.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with sweet grapefruit, tropical melon, and subtle vinous white grape. Malt provides a supportive, soft bready base. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-masked by the body. Finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any sharp hop resonance or harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a silky, smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw grain harshness.
