Dilly Dally is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the expressive 2025 New Zealand harvest. A deliberate double dry-hop regimen featuring Freestyle Motueka, Southern Cross, and Rakau creates an immersive sensory profile defined by saturated tropical fruit and sweet citrus. The aroma is led by zesty lime and lemon peel, transitioning into a lush palate of ripe apricot and fresh stone fruit. Its appearance is a glowing, opaque straw gold with a resilient, meringue-like white head. A soft, medium-full body provides a pillowy foundation for the intense fruit flavors, while a restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, juice-forward finish without any hop harshness.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a brilliant luster. Features a medium-high, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick, lacing trails.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent lime zest, lemon, and crushed pine from the Motueka and Southern Cross. Supporting notes of ripe peach and apricot arrive from the Rakau. Secondary bready, grainy malt character is present, with clean fermentation and no significant alcohol esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with bursts of mango, citrus, and nectarine. The malt provides a neutral, bready backbone. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low-to-medium due to the soft mouthfeel. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of sweet tropical fruit and citrus oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 7% ABV. Entirely free of hop astringency or harshness.
