City Mist is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy modern style through a focused double dry hopping of Citra and Nelson. The Citra provides an immediate impact of sweet citrus and succulent tropical fruit, while the Nelson adds sophisticated layers of melon, crushed grape, and exotic fruit. Together, they create a saturated profile of ripe stone fruit that dominates the palate. The sensory experience is rounded out by a soft, bready malt presence that supports the high hop intensity without competing for attention. This beer delivers a pillowy texture and a smooth finish, emphasizing fruit-forward complexity and a lush, aromatic depth.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (approx 5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a characteristic shine. It features a medium-sized, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick, meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a bouquet of mango, passionfruit, and orange from the Citra, complemented by the distinctive white grape and melon notes of Nelson. A low, bready-grainy malt character sits in the background, alongside soft fruity esters that integrate seamlessly with the hop profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, with dominant notes of ripe peach, apricot, and tropical citrus. The malt flavor is low to medium and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft and restrained. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but there is no astringency or raw starchiness.
